Here is a good example of a recount of an experimental procedure. In this example, experimental details are described accurately and concisely. Unnecessary detail is avoided. Materials are stated clearly and integrated with methods.

For example, in the first sentence, the materials and their quantities [Hydrochloric acid (10 molL-1, 50 mL)] are integrated with how you carried out this step [was added over 30 min] and the procedure is described accurately and concisely.
